Adafruit Bluefruit LE UART Friend - Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)

De Adafruit Bluefruit LE UART Friend is een compacte Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) module die je projecten eenvoudig draadloze communicatie geeft. Met de betrouwbare UART-interface (inclusief CTS/RTS flow-control) sluit je de module direct aan op een Arduino, Raspberry Pi of andere microcontroller. Dankzij de krachtige AT-commandset configureer je zonder moeite GATT-services, advertenties en functies zoals batterijspanning, signaalsterkte en sensorgegevens.

De Bluefruit LE UART Friend ondersteunt BLE HID-profielen en kan zich gedragen als toetsenbord, muis of gamecontroller. Ook kan de module als URI-Beacon functioneren, ideaal voor IoT-toepassingen. Via de gratis Adafruit-apps voor iOS en Android krijg je toegang tot functies als joystick-bediening, knoppen, kleurkiezer en sensordata. Bovendien beschikt de module over een ingebouwde OTA-bootloader zodat firmware draadloos te updaten is.
