1.3" SPI Colour LCD (240x240) Breakout

Een handige kleine LCD om readouts aan je projecten toe te voegen. Deze 1,3" SPI LCD(IPS) van 240x240 pixels is compatibel met Raspberry Pi(Pico) of Arduino.

Het display is perfect voor het vertonen van informatie zoals tijd, sensor readings, tweets, enzovoorts.

Dit LCD is klein, compact, helder en heeft een ruime kijkhoek(160 graden). Aangestuurd via SPI en kan tot ~50FPS maar ziet er op ~10FPS al goed uit door het formaat.

Gebruik dit display zonder solderen met de Breakout Garden HAT met SPI!

Software

Pimoroni heeft een al-bestaande Python library aangepast om deze display aan te sturen. Met de library is het een stuk makkelijker om plaatjes te tonen, text of graphics en zelfs geanimeerde GIFs! Met de one-line-installer ben je zo op weg.

Ook voor de Raspberry Pi Pico(en andere RP2040 boards) is er een library beschikbaar.

Verbinden met Raspberry Pi

De library is ingesteld om SPI 0 te gebruiken op de Pi (BCM 8 voor CS, BCM 11 voor SCK, en BCM 10 voor MOSI), BCM 9 voor DC, en BCM 18 voor het backlight.

Hier is de pin-indeling tussen je 1.3" LCD Breakout en je Pi's GPIO (let op dat het BCM pin nummering is):

• 3-5V aan elke 5V of 3V pin
• CS aan BCM 7
• SCK aan BCM 11
• MOSI aan BCM 10
• DC aan BCM 9
• BL aan BCM 19
• GND aan elke ground pin

Je kan natuurlijk andere pins gebruiken met je LCD Breakout maar dan moet je ze dan zelf aanpassen in de code.

Verbinden met Raspberry Pi Pico

Hieronder de pin-indeling met je Pico:

• 3-5V to any 5V or 3V pin
• CS to GP17
• SCK to GP18
• MOSI to GP19
• DC to GP16
• BL to GP20
• GND to any ground pin
