Soldering Flux Paste - 30g - VTFL

This product is suitable for PCBs, BGAs, CSPs, soldering, and post-processing. Halogen- and lead-free. Good activity and stable performance. The added solvent is organic. Contains resin. Moderate viscosity and good rheology.
