Power Management HAT for Raspberry Pi with RTC and RP2040 MCU

The Waveshare Power Management HAT (B) is an expansion board for Raspberry Pi that ensures smart and reliable power control. It provides features like scheduled startup and shutdown, soft shutdown, and real-time monitoring, making it ideal for battery-powered or continuously running projects.

The onboard RP2040 microcontroller manages the power supply with a buck-boost converter that delivers a stable 5V output while charging a 3.7V Li battery at the same time. Built-in protection against reverse polarity and backflow ensures dependable operation in demanding environments.

With its 40-pin GPIO header, the board is compatible with all common Raspberry Pi models. Integration is straightforward via UART and GPIO, and ready-to-use software examples are available for quick deployment.
