In the weeks leading up to the holidays, delivery services are always much busier than usual. Additionally, we also have special opening times around Christmas and New Year's Eve. Below, we have listed the special opening times for our shop and shipping information so that you can receive your order on time.

Are you ordering gifts? Then we advise against ordering products that are currently out of stock.

Are you in the vicinity of The Hague? Then the fastest and most reliable option is to collect your order from us.

Longer delivery times for delivery services

This is always the busiest period for parcel delivery services. As a result, orders may take longer to arrive. Please take this into account and order in good time!

For orders shipped with PostNL / DHL eCommerce, please allow for 1-3 days longer delivery time. Orders shipped with DHL Express are generally still on time during this period. On the checkout page, you can see the expected delivery date per carrier.

Opening hours around Christmas and New Year's Eve

• On 24 December, we will process orders until 2 p.m. and close at 3 p.m..
• We will be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
• On 31 December, we will process orders until 2 p.m. and close at 3 p.m..
• We are closed on 1 and 2 January.
• We will be open again on 5 January according to our standard opening hours.
