The Gravity Offline Edge AI Gesture & Face Detection Sensor combines an integrated camera with an onboard AI processor for real-time detection without any cloud dependency. The sensor recognizes five predefined hand gestures and can detect up to ten faces or upper-body presences simultaneously within a range of 0.5m to 3m. All processing is performed locally on the device, making it suitable for privacy-focused applications.

With support for both I2C and UART communication, the module integrates easily into embedded systems. In addition to gesture recognition, it provides real-time data including face count, position coordinates, and confidence scores. This makes it suitable for touchless control, smart automation, occupancy monitoring, and interactive installations.
