Adafruit MCP9600 I2C Thermocouple Amplifier

The MCP9600 I2C Thermocouple Amplifier makes it easy to add accurate temperature sensing to embedded projects. This breakout board handles the analog front-end, cold-junction compensation and digital I2C communication, making it straightforward to connect to a microcontroller or single board computer.

The board supports K, J, T, N, S, E, B and R thermocouples and works with both 3.3V and 5V logic levels. With onboard regulation and level shifting, it is well suited for data logging, industrial monitoring, lab setups and other temperature measurement applications.
