Adafruit CH334F Mini 2-Port USB Hub Breakout

Sometimes you have a USB host, such as an embedded Linux board, and you want to connect more than one device to it. Or maybe you want to turn something like a keyboard into a USB hub for multiple devices. The Adafruit CH334F Mini 2-Port USB Hub Breakout takes care of that for you. It features a CH334F USB 2.1 hub chip, which converts a single high-speed port into two.

Most people who use a USB hub buy one in an enclosure with included connectors or cables. But those hubs are often bulky—they’re meant for external use. This breakout board is designed to be compact and easy to build into an enclosure or existing device. It has four mounting holes, but otherwise it’s as compact as possible.

This breakout board has no downstream ports but features either a 0.1" header or USB-C for the upstream and four 4-pin ports for connecting peripherals.
