This 5.5 inch AMOLED display comes with a 3D printed casing and features a fan for proper cooling of your Raspberry Pi.
Your Raspberry Pi is placed on the back of the display and locked into the housing for which means your SD card is no longer accessible. There are also some settings that need to be adjusted, this is all explained on Waveshare's Wiki page.
It is recommended after you have mounted the Raspberry Pi on the display to configure it first before you continue to assemble the enclosure. This is because on the back of the display there is a button to set the touch rotation which is no longer accessible once the enclosure is fully assembled.
