You can use this 16x32 RGB LED Matrix panel to create your own video wall. You have a total of 512 individually controllable LEDs with this panel.
These panels need 12 digital pins (6 bit data, 6 bit control) and a good 5V power supply. At full white (all LEDs on a single panel uses about 2.5A).
Multiple panels can be linked together. For this you need a powerful controller. With an Arduino you quickly run into limitations.
Keep in mind that these panels are designed to be driven by dedicated controllers or other fast processors. They do not have any form of built-in PWM.
