Description

A 10.1 touch DSI display for your Raspberry Pi with a resolution of 1280x800. The Raspberry Pi can be mounted on the back of the display on the control board using the supplied screws and DSI flatcable. The screen is powered through the DSI cable so you don't need an additional power supply for the display!

By default, you have access to 1-point touch if you don't install the Waveshare driver. Want multitouch operation and control of screen brightness? Then you need to install the driver. See the documentation block.

Raspberry Pi 5 information

If you want to use this display with a Raspberry Pi 5, you'll need to add the following line to /boot/firmware/config.txt and comment out display autodetection:

dtoverlay=vc4-kms-dsi-waveshare-panel,invx,swapxy,dsi0

This is for when the display is connected to port 0. Change dsi0 to dsi1 if you want to use port 1.
